At your discretion, anything that remains may be returned to you, donated to a charity of your choice, or in some cases, retained and sold at one of our subsequent sales. Items of particular interest and value may be forwarded onto a reputable auction house. Some items remaining may have little or no resale value and would then be disposed of in the trash. Clean outs can be arranged for a flat fee ($25.00/hour per/person) and involve removing everything including hauling of rubbish and debris with the house left “broom clean.”

Yes. Prior to Little River Antiques & Estate Sales issuing you the final check, we will submit to you for your review a Summary Statement, which reflects how we determined your final check amount.
